COMMONWEALTH RADIOLOGY BILLING & INSURANCE POLICY

Commonwealth Radiology provides professional interpretation (reading) services for imaging studies performed at hospitals, imaging centers, and provider offices throughout Central and Southern Virginia, including the Hampton Roads area. Our charges are separate from the facility where your imaging was performed.

You will receive a bill from us for any portion of the balance that is your responsibility. If you have questions about your bill, please contact our billing office. You may also receive messages via text, email and automated phone call regarding a balance due.

If you are uninsured, please contact our office within 30 days of your bill to request a prompt-pay discount or to arrange a payment plan.
If you have been approved for Bon Secours Mercy Financial Assistance, please notify our office as soon as possible.
